employer did not furnish
employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized
hazards that were
causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in
that, employees were
exposed to impalement hazards from copper pipes for the shower units,
which were sticking up
from the slab in a vertical position:
Location:  South tower, east side, 4th floor.
Employees were working overhead to impalement hazards, where several copper
plumbing pipes were sticking up vertically and were not guarded.
One method of abatement, among others would be to place appropriate guards
to
over the ends of the copper piping to protect against impalement.
"ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ITEM".
