Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to electrocution from ungrounded electrical apparatus: a)Plant 6, Back Wall - The switch for the #1 air handler was not grounded. b)Plant 6, Back Wall - The switch for the #2 air handler was not grounded. c)Plant 6, Cooler - The switch for the #1 air handler was not grounded. d)Barn 34 - The control switch for fan 2A was not grounded. e)Barn 34 - The control switch for fan 2B was not grounded. f)Barn 34 - The control switch for fan 4A was not grounded. g)Barn 34 - The control switch for fan 8A was not grounded. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is to install a grounding conductor.

Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to burns, electrical shock, and smoke inhalation from fires, electrical contact, and explosion due to the use of unapproved electrical equipment: Barn 36 - The electrical box and conduit elbow supplying power to the egg collector drive motor was missing a cover and was not secured. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is to connect the elbow and install a cover.
