recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious
physical harm to
employees in that employees were exposed to being struck by or crushed by
falling rebar:
(a)Bridge Construction Site - Paces Ferry Rd. and I285:  Reinforcing steel
for the
rebar cage for horizontal concrete cap B was not adequately supported.
Hazard -
crushed or struck by.  On or about July, 18, 2001.
Feasible and acceptable method of abatement is to not allow employees to
enter the cages
and support the cages to prevent them from overturning or collapsing.
