conducted on two North American two ton underhung cranes.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this
hazard is to:
1.Inspect the two cranes in accordance with ANSI B30.17-1985, Section
17-2.1.
b)Tool Room, on or about 6/14/05:  A bridge rail with a CM Lodestar 2 ton
overhead hoist attached had no rated load markings on the rail.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct
this
hazard is to:
1.Mark the rated load markings on the bridge rail in accordance with ANSI
B30.11-1980, Section 11-1.1.2.
c)Tool Room, on or about 6/14/05:  There were no inspections conducted on
a
CM Lodestar 2 ton overhead hoist attached to a bridge rail.
Among other methods, on feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this
hazard is to:
1.Inspect the overhead hoist in accordance with ANSI B30.16-1993, Section
16-
2.1.
Abatement certification must be submitted for these items.
