29 CFR 1960.8(b): The head of each agency shall comply with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration standards applicable to the agency. A.On or about June 17, 2008 at the Paine Field Air Traffic Control Center facility, a written Emergency Action Plan describing the emergency procedures and/or assignments to be followed was not available at the worksite for employee review. Reference: 29 CFR 1910.38(b): An Emergency Action Plan must be in writing, kept in the workplace, and available to employees for review. Alternate Standard, G.4: The written program shall be submitted upon request to the Assistant secretary, and shall be available at the worksite for examination and copying by the Assistant Secretary, and affected employees or authorized employee representatives.

A.On or about June 17, 2008 in the 10th Floor Equipment Room, access to the electrical circuit panel box identified as "EE" was blocked by a PS-52C Fellows shredder and a waste basket. Complied with at time of inspection. B.On or about June 17, 2008 in the 3rd Floor Pressurization Fan Room, access to the electrical circuit panel box identified as "SPF" was blocked by a 30-gallon garbage can. Complied with at time of inspection.
