were exposed to the following:
a.  On the site, the employer did not ensure the employee transitioning
fromt he roof area
to the personnel basket on the Skytrak forklift were utilizing fall
protection.  The
employee was observed climbing from the roof area over the guardrail of
the personnel
basket.
Among feasible means of abatement that can be used to correct this are:
Ensure employees are provided with fall protection when leaving the roof
area into the
personnel basket, or place the basket on the roof area for a safe means of
egress.
