treatment area of the plant were exposed to fall hazards where the
fiberglass
stepladder used to check the overflow tanks was used as a single ladder
without being
fully extended and the spreaders not locked in place.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this
hazard is to train
or re-train employees in the correct and proper use of step ladders.
