29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i):  Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees are engaged in the activities covered by this section:    a) On or about May 7, 2012 and time prior, the employer had not implemented an adequate lockout-tagout procedure in the welder fabric rolls area in that employees did not lockout the unit when entering the area where wire is fed into the weld head.    Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
