hazard of flying shrapnel when spraying colorant using a pressure vessel
not equipped with
an appropriate safety relief device and gauges.
Among others, one method of abatement to eliminate this hazard would be
to:  (1) replace
the pressure vessel with an appropriate pressure vessel with a pressure
relief device (2)
follow the requirements found in ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code,
Section VIII,
Unfired Pressure Vessels.
