exposed to being struck from
unstable and unsecured loads of returns from the stores when entering the
trailers. This hazard has
been created by another employer that services this facility by doing
deliveries and picking up returns,
on or about 11/21/05.
One means of feasible abatement, among others, is to keep employees out of
the trailers when loads are not
secure or appear to be unstable until the situation can be addressed by
management personnel.
