platform for this machine by climbing a fixed ladder.  The distance from
ground level to the first rung of the ladder was approximately four feet
creating a hazard for employees when accessing or decending the ladder, as
observed on 5-23-07.

platform for this machine by climbing a fixed ladder.  The distance from

fixed or modification of the current ladder such that the distance from
