recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to
employees in that employees
were exposed to struck by a fallen load lifted by the under the hook
custom made lifting devices.
a)Dormer Area:  Employees were exposed to the hazard of being struck by
fallen
material while using a below the hook lifting device (spreader bar) for
lifting
walls.
Among other methods, feasible and acceptable abatement methods to correct
these
hazards are to:
Inspect the lifting devices and rate and mark their load capacity ratings
in accordance
with ASME B30.20 - 1993 (Below the Hook Lifting Devices), Section 20-1.3 -
Inspections and Section 20-1.2 - Marking and Construction.
