29 CFR 1910.119(c)(3): The employer did not provide to employees and their repre sentative access to process hazard analyses and to all other information require d to be develop under this standard: The employer does not ensure that employees and/or their representative access to process hazard analyes of all the items t hat were addressed. This violation was observed on or about March 18, 2008, at 1 702 Commerce St, Tyler, TX, where the employer did not give employees and/or the ir representative access to process hazard analyses (PHAs). Pursuant to 29 CFR 1 903.19, within 10 calendar days of the abatement date listed in this citation, t he employer must submit an abatement plan describing the actions it is taking to ensure employees and/or their representative has/have access to the process haz ard analyses and supporting information. The violation must be abated no later t han 30 days from receipt of this citation.
