Stat. 182.653 subd. 2: The employer did not furnish to each employee, conditions of employment and a place of employment free from recognized hazards which caused or were likely to cause death or serious injury to employees: Two employees were working from a personnel basket installing a window unit at the second floor level with out the use of a fall protection devices. The personnel basket was supported by a Sky Trak all-terrain forklift at Village Cooperative of Fairmont.
