29 CFR 1926.501(b)(15): Each employee on a walking/working surface 6 feet (1.8 meters) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On or about Friday, April 17, 2015, and at times prior, employees were exposed to a 17-foot fall hazard while setting floor trusses without the benefit of fall protection equipment next to an unprotected edge of a multi-story complex in the vicinity of 35th Street North and 12th Avenue North in Fargo North Dakota.
