29 CFR 1926.451(a)(6): Scaffolds were not designed by a qualified person: Or in the alternative: Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish to each of his employees employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to his employees in that employees were exposed to fall hazards while working from a scaffolding system used beyond it's rated use: (a) On or about April 23rd, 2018, for the employees who were exposed to a fall hazard of up to 24 feet while installing house wrap from a man basket that was attached to a telehandler and used beyond its rated use, Make JLG, Model #7753169, in the vicinity of 25th Avenue South & 41st Street in Fargo, ND.
