Standards Institute (ANSI) A92.6-1999 Self-Propelled Elevating Work
Platforms
which requires workers to maintain firm footing on the platform floor while
working thereon and states that climbing by occupants on the mid rail or
top rail
of the aerial platform is prohibited.
