recognized hazards
that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to
employees in that
employees were exposed to the hazard(s) of:
a)Grinding/Sanding Shop - The employer allowed employees to use compressed
air
to blow combustible fiberglass/resin dust from boats, pipes, beams, and
structural
members, which suspended in the air around electrical components such as
but
not limited to outlets, switches and fluorescent lights.  A sample of the
fiberglass/resin dust in the shop was analyzed and determined as a class II
combustible dust.
A feasible means of abatement would be to vacuum the room and equipment
prior
to blowdown using only low-pressure steam or compressed air, not exceeding
a
gauge pressure of 15 pounds per square inch.e
