29 CFR 1910.107(g)(2): All spraying areas were not kept as free from the accumulation of deposits of combustible residues as practical, with cleaning conducted daily if necessary: a) Plant 1, Laminating Area, in the spray painting area, on or about August 24, 2015 and at times prior to, where employees spray painted fiberglass boats with gel coat and webbing solutions that are mixed with MEK-9 and 10 the floor was covered with overspray of combustible residues and other debris, thus exposing employees to slip, trip and fire hazards.

29 CFR 1910.305(j)(2)(iv): A receptacle installed in a wet or damp location was not suitable for the location: a) Plant 1, Finishing area, on or about August 25, 2015, the employer did not ensure the 110-volt electrical metal cased conduits and a receptacle box were installed and designed for wet and damp locations, as a result employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards.
