caught-between/crushing
hazards.
B)Max General Distribution, warehouse area - On or about 5/27/09,
employees were not
wearing the seatbelts provided on the Toyota fork trucks when they were
operating the
forklifts.  The condition potentially exposed employees to
caught-between/crushing
hazards.
ABATEMENT NOTE: Among other methods, feasible and acceptable methods to
correct the
conditions would be to enforce seatbelt use on forklift trucks as required
in ANSI B56.1
