Max General Distribution - On or about May 30, 2013, and at times prior thereto, company employees were potentially exposed to carbon monoxide from forklift exhaust, and compressed propane while transferring the gas from a large outside storage tank to small portable fuel tanks. The company's written Hazard Communication Program was not available.
