to amputation injury while using a Black and Decker portable cordless broom
that was intended for household use as indicated by the manufacturers
safety
warning sticker attached to the portable tool. Serious injury could result
to
employees in that the plastic guard which covers the fan is easily
breakable in
an industrial setting.
