to correct this hazard would be to ensure that all forklift operators
utilize the restraint devices
provided on the forklift as stated in ASME B56.1-1993 Safety Standard for
Low lift and High
Lift Trucks, section 7.39, Operator Restraint Systems.
"Abatement documentation is required per 29 CFR 1903.19, in the form of
written (i.e. policies,
procedures, photos and/or invoices) or other evidence that this item has
been corrected."
