29 CFR 1910.1028(e)(1)(iii): Determinations of compliance with the STEL were not made from 15-minute employee breathing zone samples measured at operations where there was reason to believe exposures were high: a.Schuylkill River Tank Farm, Oily Water Separator Area, and Baker Tanks - Operators opened the top hatchs of Baker Tanks that contained water that had been used to wash out storage tanks. Benzene was present in this water. Observed On or About November 4, 2009. ABATEMENT NOTE: ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED.
