29 CFR1910.147(c)(7)(i)[A]: The employer did not provide training to each authorized employee in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control:    a) Granular Packaging Area:  On April 20 2011, and times prior thereto, employees were using a verbal on the job traiing LOTO system and during a requested demonstration LOTO did not follow the minimum energy control procedures to include inspecting all equipment involved in the LOTO procedure to ensure that all guards are in place and affected personnel are notified of the impending start up of the granular Totes and Bags conveyor augers.
