29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms shall be kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition. a. Large test area - On or about June 24, 2011, the metal graded platform was not kept in a clean and orderly condition, in that, rubber rings, water hoses, electrical cords, and other materials were stored on the metal platform, thereby exposing employees to trip and fall hazards. b. Large test area - On or about June 24, 2011, two sheets of the metal graded platform were not completely secured, in that, the ends were not completely welded, thereby exposing employees to trip and fall hazards.
