No abatement certification or documentation is required of this item.

(a) Hardinge Manual Lathe did not have chuck guard  to protect employees from flying materials.     (b) Grizzly Horizontal Belt Grinder was not equipped with guards at each nip point where the sanding belt runs onto the pulley.     No abatement certification or documentation is required of this item.
