29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502. a) South side of structure, first level roof; On or about 7/7/11 and at times prior thereto, an employee was installing roofing felt without a means of fall protection. Note: Abatement certification and documentation IS required for this item. Wise Roofing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection 311573901, Citation 02, Item 001, and was affirmed as a final order on 1/4/08 with respect to a workplace located at 1004 Chateau Drive, Meridian, ID.
