29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):    Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was each employee provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):      (a)  Rear of residence: On 9/25/12 and at times prior thereto, two workers were on a roof approximately 21.3 feet above ground level without fall protection.      Wise Roofing, LLC was previously cited for a repeated violation of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 92285, Citation 1, Item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 8/24/2011 with respect to a workplace located at 3704 Tahiti Street, Meridian, ID 83642.    Wise Roofing, LLC was previously cited for a repeated violation of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 311573901, Citation 2, Item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 1/4/2008 with respect to a workplace located at 1004 Chateau Dr, Meridian, ID 83642.    Abatement Note: A feasable and acceptable abatement method includes but is not limited to attaching and using anchor points attached away from the area where roofing material is being applied.  This method can reduce or eliminate periods of exposure to falling.     Note: Abatement certification and documentation ARE required for this item.
