29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph (b):    a)  On or about August 12, 2011, employees were exposed to falls in excess of 6 feet while performing roofing work without any form of fall protection.    White Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard, or its equivalent 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection 313419921 Citation 2, Item 1 issued on June 25, 2010 and became a final order on July 20, 2010 with respect to a worksite located at 7929 W. Mansfield Parkway, Lakewood, CO 80235.                                                                                 and    White Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard, or its equivalent 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection 312137391 Citation 1, Item 2 issued on December 12, 2008 and became a final order on January 6, 2009 with respect to a worksite located at 16 Sommerset, Greenwood Village, CO 80111.
