29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) On or about February 5, 2016, White Roofing, Inc., did not ensure that each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were protected by guardrails, safety nets, or personal fall arrest systems. Employees were exposed to fall hazards of up to 15 feet, while engaged in residential roofing and gutter installation activities, employees were not using fall protection equipment. Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet"). White Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1079430, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 12, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 4128 S Crystal Ct., Aurora, CO 80014. White Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1046376, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 4, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 3233 S. Zeno Ct., Aurora, CO 80013.
