29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a) The employer failed to ensure that the flexible cord attached to the light in the dock area was equipped with effective strain relief. Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.1903(c).
