Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that caused or were likely to cause death or serious physical harm from fire and explosion:  In the boiler room, the Atlas Copco air compressor separator element was not grounded in that no "grounding clips" or other compenents were provided in the installation to dissipate or dischard electrostatic energy where combustible oils were subject to ignition.    AMONG TOEHR METHODS, ONE FEASIBLE AND ACCEPTABLE ABATMENT METHOD TO CORRECT THIS HAZARDOUS CONDITION IS TO FOLLOW THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF ATLAS COPCO (MANUFACTUER).  BY INSTALLING GROUNDED EQUIPMENT AND ASSESSING GROUNDS OF THE INSTALLED EQUIPMENT PRIOR TO OPERATION.
