29 CFR 1910.302(b)(2): Listed or labeled equipment was not installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling: a) Administrators Office where electrical equipment not used as listed or labeled included: 1. RA Copy Room, where a relocatable power tap was daisy chained with a two receptacle extension cord and used to supply power to appliances including, the Emerson microwave oven, the Toast Master two slice toaster and the Russell Hobbs water kettle. 2. RA Copy Room, where a relocatable power tap was daisy chained with ESP Surge Protection relocatable power tap and used to supply power to the Lexmark printer and the Fellows shredder. The Federal Aviation Administration North West Mountain Region was previously cited for a violation of this standard which was contained in OSHA inspection no. 309091635, citation no. 2, item no. 2, issued on May 15, 2007 with respect to a workplace at Renton, WA.
