29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor  did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502.      a) East side of the roof at main entry area; On or about 9/15/11 and at times prior thereto, an employee performing sheathing work did not have a means of fall protection when accessing a ladder for getting up/down from the roof.    b) North side of the roof at the west hip area; On or about 9/15/11 and at times prior thereto, a slide guard had not been extended to the roof's rake to provide a means of fall protection for an employee performing sheathing work/trimming sheathing at the hip.    c) West side of the structure at the northwest corner; On or about 9/15/11 and at times prior thereto, an employee trimming truss ends/installing a facia board from the top of the exterior wall did not have a means of fall protection.    Note: Abatement certification is NOT required for this item.
