29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Marazon Enterprises, LLC - On or about October 7, 2011, at the address of 1211 Oak Tree Court, Oregon, OH: The employer did not assure employees were protected from fall hazards while applying roofing materials to a roof system. The employees were exposed up to an 8 foot fall to the ground below.
