29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet(1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provisionin paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure. A. Marazon Enterprises, LLC worksite located at 4700 Pickle Rd., Oregon, Ohio: On or about April 5, 2012, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from falls while installing weatherproofing on the north side of the single story residential structure. The employees were exposed to a potential 9-6 fall to the level below. Marazon Enterprises, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 107475, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 25, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at Oregon, OH.
