29 CFR 1926.404(b)(1)(i): The employer did not use either ground fault circuit interrupters as specified in paragraph (b)(1)(ii) of this section or an assured equipment grounding conductor program as specified in paragraph (b)(1)(iii) of this section to protect employees on construction sites: (a) At the project on or about October 20, 2011, and at times prior thereto, there was no ground-fault circuit-interrupter protection or an assured equipment grounding conductor program for an extension cord that powered a GFCI protector that powered a multiple outlet assemble. The the multiple outlet assembly powered a 110 VAC Hilti drill, used to screw drywall onto metal studs, and a 110 VAC battery charger. THE INLAND BUILDERS CORPORATION WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.404(B)(1)(I) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 311717912, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, ISSUED ON MAY 5, 2008, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT THE WESTERN FIELD AIRPORT, TAMUNING, GUAM. THE INLAND BUILDERS CORPORATION WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.404(B)(1)(II) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 310727045, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1A, ISSUED ON JANUARY 18, 2007, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST PLAZA TAMUNING, GUAM.
