29 CFR 1910.151(c):     Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body shall be provided within the work area for immediate emergency use.      Two Bay Garage:  On or about November 3, 2011 and at times prior thereto, where employee were exposed to various paints and lubricants, access to the eyewash was blocked.  This condition exposed employees to aggravated eye irritation due to the inability to quickly access the eyewash.

Compressed air shall not be used for cleaning purposes except wherereduced to less than 30 p.s.i. and then only with effective chip guarding and personal protective equipment.      Carpentry Shop:  On or about November 3, 2011 and at times prior thereto, compressed air for cleaning registered 80 p.s.i.g. when dead-ended.  This condition exposed employees to air embolism hazards in the event of contact with exposed skin.
