29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements of subpart I of this part were not worn or attached to the boom or basket when working from a bucket truck. a) Jobsite located at or near St Davids Rd & Round Hill Rd, Radnor, Pennsylvania- On or about March 23, 2026, the employer did not ensure employees engaged in aerial cable work were not exposed to fall hazards when working from the bucket of truck mounted telescopic boom lift while working near a telephone pole without the use of fall protection. Buckley Cable Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.67(c)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1703222, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 11, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at IFO 4303 Ocean Blvd., Long Beach, NJ.
