29 CFR 1910.268(d)(1): Before work was begun in the vicinity of vehicular or pedestrian traffic which could endanger employees, warning signs, flags, barriers, and/or other traffic control devices were not placed conspicuously to alert and channel approaching traffic: (a) East Canal Road, Dover, PA - On or about June 17, 2025, an employee was exposed to a struck-by/fall hazard while working elevated in the basket of the telecommunication truck (PA license ZXC 3346) when traffic control personnel with stop/slow paddles were not in place to signal vehicular traffic. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
