Employees were exposed to amputation hazards. (b) In the Press Brake area, the Pacific press brake (Model J165-12) did not have guarding to protect employees from the point of operation. Employees were exposed to amputation hazards. (c) In the Press Brake area, the Amada F�B 35D press brake (Model NC9-EXFBD II) did not have guarding to protect employees from the point of operation. Employees were exposed to amputation hazards. (d) In the Press Brake area, the Amada press brake (Model RG-3512 LD) did not have guarding to protect employees from the point of operation. Employees were exposed to amputation hazards. (e) In the Press Brake area, the Toyokoki #1 press brake (Model 12530) did not have guarding to protect employees from the point of operation.
