29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system: (a) Rafael Ramos @ 4432 Cushing Drive, Loveland, CO 80538: On and before October 1st, 2011, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that employees conducting roofing operations on a single-story residential home were not utilizing a fall protection system. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet. Rafael Ramos was previously cited for a violation of the same or substantially similar condition of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 313720443, Citation Number 1, Item 1 issued on July 21st, 2010, and became Final Order on August 26th, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 4855 Spokane Way, Colorado Springs, CO 80631.
