29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):     Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor  did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:    a)  Employees were not protected from falling while installing the roofing system.  Employees were exposed to falling at 20.5 feet to the ground from the eave.    **No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.**

29 CFR 1926.503(b)(1):     The employer did not verify compliance with paragraph (a) of this section by preparing a written (training) certification record including the name or other identity of the employee trained, the date(s) of the training, and the signature of the person who conducted the training or the signature of the employer:    a)  Employer did not certify that the employees were trained to recognize and minimize their exposure to the fall hazards of the site.    **In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).**
