29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toe-boards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about May 4, 2022, employees performing roofing operations on a steep roof were not protected from a fall, exposing employees to a fall of approximately 20 feet. Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
