29 CFR 1926.502(h)(1)(v): The safety monitor shall not have other responsibilities which could take the monitor's attentionfrom the monitoring function. a. On or about December 22, 2011 - at the above addressed jobsite, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately fifty (50') feet due to the safety monitor having other responsibilities, such as applying roofing material to the roof deck.
