29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): The employer did not initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part:       Employees conducting roofing work on a 9 in 12 pitch roof which was over 6 feet from a lower level were exposed to fall hazards, and the employer did not initiate and maintain an accident prevention program to control and eliminate the hazards present at the jobsite in accordance with the OSHA regulations.     ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ITEM IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF 29 CFR 1903.19(d).

ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ITEM IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF 29 CFR 1903.19(d).

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):   Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph (b) Note:  If using these systems was infeasible or created a greater hazard, the employer should develop and implement a fall protection plan meeting the requirements of paragraph (k) of 1926.502.     Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 11.5 to the ground below while performing roofing work on the top of a 9 in 12 pitch.       ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ITEM IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
