29 CFR 1910.101(b):     The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which was incorporated by reference as specified in 29 CFR 1910.6:    a)  On January 13, 2012, a unsecured propane cylinder was used to heat the Cut-Off Room.    Abatement documentation and certification is NOT required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
