29 CFR 1910.147(c)(1):     The employer did not establish a program consisting of an energy control procedure, employee training and periodic inspections to ensure that before any employee performed any servicing or maintenance on a machine or equipment where the unexpected energing, startup or release of stored energy could occur and cause injury, the machine or equipment shall be isolated from the energy source and rendered inoperative:    a)  Max 200 Performance Dog Equipment Inc.., on or about 1/18/12:  The Employer had not established an energy control program consisting of energy control procedures, employee training and periodic inspections for employees who perform servicing and/or maintenance on various machinery or equipment including but not limited to: Milling and CNC Machines.       MAX 200 PERFORMANCE DOG EQUIPMENT was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.157(g)(2) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 312373921, Citation 1, Item 2a issued on 03/04/2010, with a Final Order Date of 12/29/10, with a respect to a workplace located at 2113 State Route 31, Port Byron, New York.
