29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii):     The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the scope, purpose, authorization, rules, and techniques to be utilized for the control of hazardous energy, including, but not limited to Items of this section    a)  Max 200 Performance Dog Equipment, Inc., on or about 07/19/12:  The employer had not developed equipment specific energy control procedures for machines such as but not limited to Haas CNC machines and the Thermwood Model 53 cutter.    Max 200 Performance Dog Equipment was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 189939, citation 2, item 1b, issued on 05/07/12 with a final order date of 06/06/12, with respect to a workplace located at 2113 State Route 31, Port Byron, New York.    Max 200 Performance Dog Equipment was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 312373921, citation 1, item 2b, issued on 03/04/10 with a final order date of 11/24/10, with respect to a workplace located at 2113 State Route 31, Port Byron, New York.
